Electrical Commissioning
Ensure your project was designed and built according to the design intent, local and national codes, and energy compliance requirements. Commissioning is provided at substantial completion of a project prior to project closeout.
Facility Assessment
Provide assessments of existing building electrical distribution and lighting systems for code compliance, load studies, and safety. Assessment typically provided to owner prior to purchase or expansion.

Design services for several dozen churches throughout the south east including new construction, renovations, and additions. Services include the design of the electrical service, lighting, lighting controls, power distribution. fire alarm systems, and mechanical /plumbing system power. Recent projects include Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church PLC addition, Marietta, GA, Christ the King Catholic Church Pastoral Center in Pine Mountain, GA, and Holy Spirit Catholic Church sanctuary lighting design in Atlanta, GA.
Tenant Build-Out / Fit-Up
Design of office, retail, and restaurant design in new or existing strip malls or high-rise buildings. Projects located all over the United States. Recent projects include Phoenix Air Annex Office in Cartersville, GA, American Engineers office in Acworth, GA, and William J. Peltier and Associates office in Lawrenceville, GA.
Medical
Projects include medical offices, dentist offices, hospital additions, and ambulatory care centers. Design features include normal office, MRI rooms, operatory rooms, with normal and emergency power systems. Recent projects include Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery in Atlanta, GA, Preferred Medical Group Vascular Surgery Center in Atlanta, GA, Northside Hospital MRI replacement in Demorest, GA.
Mission Critical
Design and support of Data Centers and Call centers throughout the United States including assessment, commissioning, design, and onsite support of maintenance events. Projects include the creation of standard single line diagrams, training documentation, and methods of procedure for operating electrical and mechanical equipment. As a client/owner representative, Lundy Engineering participates in factory witness testing and oversight of commissioning and maintenance activities. Representative clients include INAP, SunTrust, Zayo, Cbeyond, and Telex.
Public Works
Educational, Water & Wastewater, Fire Station design. Recent projects include elementary school renovations for Fulton County, GA and Fire Station renovations in Lake Arrowhead, GA.
Hospitality / Multi-family
Hotels and multi-family projects consisting of high rise buildings or large multistory buildings including lighting and power design. Current projects include the Enclave in Kennesaw, GA, IHG hotel in Saratoga, NY, the Tapestry in Houston, TX, and the renovation to multi-family of the early 1900's high school in Fort Valley, GA.
